This is so helpful. Wish I knew this years ago.

Would like to see how this is applied to their exercises or muscles to make sure I understand the concept

Ill try and get some specific examples.

If you wanna go down the rabbit holes:

- 95% of my thoughts about nutrition come directly from Dr. Trevor Kashey - I am also biased because we have been so close for so long.

- 70-80% of the concepts about movements vs muscles com from pakulski. Through trial and error, I have slightly different beliefs but the concepts are the same. Ben has spent many more hours on this stuff than I have.

- 70-80% of the way I think about volume, intensity and frequency come from Mike Mentors later work from when he retired and started training people. Most people think hes nuts, I think he makes a lot of sense.

Everything else was derived from the above, trial and error and then lifting with really smart people. I used to train every day with Trevor and a kid named Andrew Lear. Trevor is a PhD and andrew has a masters in biomechanics - so I could just pull them aside and ask questions and try shit

I built a whole program on this years and year ago. Wish I could find the videos for you.

I would say 70-80% of the way I think about muscles vs movements came from Ben Pakulski and I think most of his stuff is floating around for free.

I started following Ben a couple weeks ago after I saw you mention him and Trevor maybe 6 months ago, also after I saw you mention him

I know who Mentzer is and have a basic understanding of his approach

I think Seth P. was selling your fitness program a little bit, right?

If that's the case he probably has the videos

Past clients would have them too

Anyway, in the meantime I'll dive deeper into Ben's stuff
