I've been adjusting the angles on my flys for upper and lower pecs. You can do the fly closer to your hips to get lower pecs and at a more upward angle (toward your head) for upper pecs. Creating the angles

Never thought of it this way before. Will be much easier to build a program to achieve the results I'm after now

This is great. I think about angles when I lift, but I also know after watching this that I haven't emphasized them enough.
